State Law for Annual Statement Publication
Please note: Starting with the year ending December 31, 2009, the State of Nevada no longer mandates the publication of assets and liabilities.
According to Revised Statute 80.190, every insurance company operating in Nevada must submit a State of Nevada Publication Form.
This statute requires each foreign corporation conducting business in the state to publish an annual statement of its previous calendar year’s business in two issues of a state newspaper, by March of each year.
